First, thank you for your patience as we track down the source of our community’s unusually high water use. We discovered & repaired a few leaks. Please remain vigilant as we are still pumping more water than normal, so there’s likely another leak hiding somewhere. 

Could you lend us a hand? Report any potential wet areas in your yard. If it's dry out and you feel a spongy areal in your yard, this may be an underground leak. If the pavement in your driveway or treet looks darker than other areas around it. There could be a lean.

· 🚽 Toilets – listen for running water after the tank fills

· 🚰 Sinks & faucets – check under the sink and around handles for drips

· 🧼 Dishwashers & washing machines – look for puddles or damp floors

· 🚿 Showers & tubs – watch for slow, constant drips

· 🌳 Outdoor spigots & hoses – feel for moisture around connections

If you spot anyleak—big or small—let us know right away. Birchwood Village may be able to help with repairs, and the sooner we fix each leak, the more water (and money) we all save.
